Neil established MUBA in the UK, a climate tech startup, after propelling a firm's growth as Global Business Development Director. With two decades of experience in family-run endeavours, government, and startups to global giants, Neil's proficiency spans shipping, industrial regulatory, and technology across diverse geographies, craving a formidable career trajectory. His insight into marine engineering operations, business growth, and new ventures empowers him to harness his versatile, innovative leadership prowess. Neil led an exclusive marine skills start-up alongside New Zealand training partners, amassing over $8M in revenue by recruiting 1000+ maritime professionals. He also orchestrated organizational change and digital transformation in a family shipping company, catalysing behavioural shifts in senior management. A Class 1 Marine Engineer with a Sustainable Marine Operations degree from the University of Plymouth, UK, Neil graduated with a Sloan Masters in Leadership & Strategy programme at the London Business School. His focus encapsulates entrepreneurship, venture capital, finance, and the intricacies of tech products and innovation strategies.
